Can you explain shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all Texas Pecan Cake orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 are shipped at standard ground rates, calculated at checkout. You can select your preferred shipping speed during checkout.
Free shipping applies only to Texas Pecan Cakes. Non-cake items ship separately from our partners and are not eligible.
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days via ground shipping, depending on your location. We ship nationwide across the United States. Please note that carriers guarantee delivery times for Air and Express services only, not ground.
Can I pick a future delivery date?
Yes, in the Shopping Cart is a section called "Delivery Date", select your delivery date from the calendar. We will do our best based on shipping speed chosen to arrive at your chosen date. We are not responsible for shipping carrier adjustments or delays.
How do I know the pecan cakes will be fresh?
Our cakes have a 30-day shelf life at room temperature. If you won’t be enjoying your cake within 3 days of receiving it, we recommend freezing it for up to 12 months to maintain freshness.
Our cakes ship frozen, and to retain moisture, we suggest keeping them in an airtight container. Do not store cakes in the refrigerator, as this may dry them out.
